Sample Drop-off Instructions:

Payment arrangements required prior to sample drop off.

Business hours are by appointment 11am-4pm, M, W,F.                                                            Call or text Kat at 297-WINE (9463) to notify us of intended sample drop-off by 11am.  

Check website for sample volume needed for  test requested.

Sample must be in a clean, sealed container.  Please contact us if you need sample tubes.

Since our building is sometimes locked during business hours and/or we may be out running errands, please call us to verify that you are dropping off samples.  Label sample, test requested, and contact information.
