Updated Hours

Welcome 2012, we’re glad you’re here!  While 2011 was a fabulous year and it’s wines are just starting to be bottled, we’re excited to to be past the crazy holiday season.

We’re already prepping for the 2012 harvest with a trip planned to the Unified Grape & Wine Symposium to check out all the new gadgets in wine technology as well as Southern California for a little R&R.  Thus, Kat will be out of the office from January 25th to February 1st.   She hopes to come back with a tan!  If you would like any samples run during this time, please make an appointment with Shauna Shaltry directly at (208) 863-1634.

With the 2011 whites are just starting to be bottled, and malolactic ferments finishing we are ready to run any post malolactic or pre-bottling panels that you may require.  Our updated hours from January through May are:

Hours: MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY available by appointment from 11am-4pm.  Simply call or text Kat at 208-297-WINE (9463) by 11am the day of testing and we’ll run your samples with same day turnaround!  What a deal!

If you anticipate a need for a dedicated testing run outside of these days or would like to set up a recurring testing date (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) please let us know and we are more than happy to work with you to schedule an appointment.
